Real Name: Natalie Horler Profile: Natalie Horler was born in Bonn,Germany on the 23rd of September in 1981. As her parents had moved from England to Germany a year earlier, she grew up in Germany with her two sisters and still enjoyed a very English childhood. Her mother Christine is a foreign language teacher and her father David is a Jazzmusician with the WDR Big Band in Cologne. When she was very young she would often do recordings in her fatherīs studio at home, a lot of the time jazz- and disneysongs. She could never really say when she started singing - she just enjoyed it so much, that she knew at a very early age that she wanted to become a singer. Apart from singing, she has always taken different kinds of dancing lessons, like stepdance, jazzdance, hip hop-and streetdance and has acted in a few amateur plays as a teenager. As her father often directed the music of these plays, she also helped with the vocalrecordings and rehearsals. Next to dancemusic,she also loves soulmusic - Alicia Keys is for example one of her idols. Due to her father she of course even likes jazz. At 18 she started doing studiowork - here and there she did record some tracks for different DJs. Thatīs how she ended up meeting Manuel Reuter (DJ Manian) and Yann (Yanou) .
